Send the completed forms linked below (GST 524 and Ontario Rebate Schedule) with builders adjustments and a copy of the your lease to CRA. No need to pay us $350 (plus hst and disb) do this on your behalf!

Landlord Obligations
You don’t (for now) need a licence to be a landlord, but try and get it right. Services we offer
1) Provide application to lease and lease in accordance with RTA;
2) Credit check;
3) Criminal Records check;
4) Database search (rental proceedings)
Checks are useful if you later defend against discrimination claims on prohibited grounds or attempt to find and recover from a former tenant.
